I Am Shimira: The Mirror to Your Soul's Truth
For most of my life, I was known as Veronica. I am the daughter of two alcoholics, a survivor of sexual abuse and domestic violence, and a woman who once stood in a courtroom 'beaten to a pulp,' unable to find the words to ask for help.
I spent decades doing the arduous work of piecing together the fragmented parts of my soul.
"I had to learn, through the fire, that I was not my wounding.

In 2024, as I released my story to the world in my book, Transcend Your Trauma, I felt a profound shift. The survivor identity—the 'Veronica' who had worked so hard to keep me safe—was complete.
In her place, Shimira emerged.
Shimira means 'She-Mirrors.' It is the name I received in deep meditation years ago, a name that signifies my true purpose: to mirror back to you the truth of who you were before the trauma told you who you were.

The Energy HEAL-ix™
My work is grounded in a proprietary process I call the Energy HEAL-ix™. Born from my own need to heal when 'no one was coming' to save me, this method moves beyond the thinking mind and into the energy body.
I began to 'feel-see' the way trauma causes our life force to fragment. Through this process, I have healed the four-year-old who was abused, the teenager who felt invisible, and the woman who lived in the shadow of shame.
Today, I no longer walk through life as a victim of my history. I move with a 'grace' that allows me to remain calm even when life's 'solar power' runs out. I have dedicated my life to helping you do the same.
