Intuitive inner child healing is a soul-level approach that goes beneath what the cognitive mind can reach and in my two decades of this work, it’s where the deepest shifts ACTUALLY happen.
You’ve tried the tools.
The journaling. The visualizations. Maybe even the therapy where you close your eyes and picture your younger self and say something loving. And something in you is still… unreached. Still waiting. Still sitting in a corner you haven’t been able to get to yet.
That’s not failure. That’s your wounded parts telling you they need something more than a technique.
Intuitive inner child healing is a soul-level approach that goes beneath what the cognitive mind can reach — and in my two decades of this work, it’s where the deepest shifts ACTUALLY happen.
The Wounded Parts That Live Below the Mind
Here’s what I know from my own healing journey as a survivor of complex trauma…
Wounded inner children don’t live in your thoughts. They live in your body. In the tightening of your chest when someone raises their voice. In the way you still apologize for existing in certain rooms. In the shape of your four-year-old self, hovering in a corner, scared to death — not as a metaphor, but as a real energetic presence that’s been waiting.
When I first began sitting quietly with myself (not in any formal practice, just in the honest silence of my own room) I could feel-see these parts of me.
Not see the way I can see you now. It was a feeling. A sensation.
I could feel-see my little four-year-old in the corner, holding a fear I hadn’t yet named. I could feel-see the anger of my adolescent, carrying everything she had no language for. I could feel-see the young adult riddled with shame from domestic violence, from alcoholic parents who never stopped drinking, from survival.
These weren’t memories I was thinking about. They were PRESENCES I was meeting.
And what conventional inner child work often misses is that your wounded parts aren’t waiting for a journaling prompt.
They’re waiting to be SEEN.

What It Really Means to Be an Intuitive Trauma Healer
Most inner child work asks you to use your imagination to conjure your younger self.
You close your eyes. You picture a child. You say something kind to them.
And that can be beautiful. But also… it can feel hollow when the parts themselves aren’t actually participating.
An intuitive trauma healer doesn’t guide you to imagine your inner child. They can feel-see them.
I didn’t learn this in a training room. I didn’t develop it through a certification. I was born with it — born more sensitive, more energetically aware, more wired to perceive what isn’t spoken. For most of my life I thought this difference was a liability. In my 50-something years now, I’ve come to know it was always a GIFT.
And also — I spent decades working inside clinical settings. Trauma counseling. Outpatient psychiatry. Family support work. Peer advocacy. All of it, by divine design.
What I’ve built through the Energy HEAL-ixâ„¢ isn’t a method borrowed from a textbook. It’s the merger of clinical understanding and intuitive perception — guided by something far deeper than my own consciousness, something I devotedly listen to in everything I do.
In a session, I can feel-see the parts of you that are pinched off. The parts sitting in pain. The parts in wounding and anxiety and deep, quiet sadness. And I can meet them with something no technique can replicate…
LOVE.
Not love that needs you to perform healing correctly. The kind that simply sees.

What Becomes Possible When Your Parts Are REALLY Seen
Here’s what I’ve witnessed, session after session…
When a wounded inner child is actually met — not analyzed, not explained, not technique’d at — something releases that couldn’t release before.
The four-year-old doesn’t need to understand her trauma. She needs to be loved by someone who can see her.
The angry adolescent doesn’t need reframing. She needs to feel that her anger finally made it into the room.
The young adult soaked in shame doesn’t need affirmations. She needs to be held in a frequency of love so deep that the shame has nowhere left to hide.
That’s what intuitive inner child healing makes possible. Not just insight. WHOLENESS.
Because when your parts come back into cohesion — when they stop living fragmented and unseen — you stop moving through your life from a place of survival.
And you start living from a place of mastery.
What would it feel like to wake up no longer driven by wounds you haven’t even named yet?

Frequently Asked Questions
Intuitive inner child healing is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. Where therapy often works with the cognitive and behavioral dimensions of your experience, this work meets your wounded parts at the energetic and soul level — reaching what talk-based approaches sometimes cannot. The two can work beautifully together.
Feel-seeing is how I describe the intuitive perception of someone’s wounded inner parts. It’s not visual like physical sight — it’s a somatic knowing, a sensing of presence, an energetic awareness of where someone is fragmented or in pain. Born sensitives and intuitive healers often have this capacity naturally. In my case, it’s the gift I came into this body with.
Absolutely… and often, this is the work that reaches what other approaches haven’t been able to. Complex trauma survivors carry multiple wounded parts across different ages and experiences. Intuitive healing can meet those parts where they actually are — not where a healing plan says they should be.
You came here because something in you knew it was time.
Not the part of you that’s been coping so well.
The part of you that’s still in the corner, still holding what no one ever saw…
That part has been waiting.
And it doesn’t need another technique. It needs to be truly, completely, unconditionally SEEN.
If you’re ready for that, I’d love to hold that space with you.
